We want every child and teen who comes to Maranatha to experience the love and goodness of our God and to hear the Gospel boldly proclaimed. Each day during your vacation stay, kids from nursery up through teens have dedicated programming built around strong Biblical theology to present the Gospel in compelling and age-appropriate ways. Of course, we do this with amazing recreation, team building, mentorship and FUN!
Through the years we have seen hundreds of kids come to a saving knowledge and faith in Jesus Christ during our programming and sports camps. Many of those kids go on to become mentors and facilitators of the program during their college years. We have a premium on protection, security, and safety in all facets of our programs.
Nursery & Toddlers
0-3 Years
Location: FLC – Ontario Room
We bring loving care, safe surroundings, and fun play for out littlest guests! Mom and dad can rest easy as you enjoy all the Bible teaching and fellowship as we care for your tiny tots! Group play, singing, and learning Bible stories will keep your littles fully occupied during your stay. The infants and toddlers program brings age-appropriate teaching while providing loads of fun activities, crafts, and playtime during the week!
Preschool
3 Years – Young Fives
Location: FLC – Erie Room
This class is for children aged 3-years-old to kindergarten who have been potty trained. Your child will learn songs, dive into age-appropriate Bible stories, and get their wiggles out with fun indoor and outdoor games. Location: FLC – Erie Room.
Lower Elementary
Entering Kindergarden – 2nd Grade
Location: FLC – Michigan East Room
If your child is entering 1st – 3rd grade, they belong here. The engaging program will lead your child through group worship, craft and snack times, interactive Bible stories, memory verses, and of course, fun activities with the staff! Location: FLC – Michigan East Room.
Upper Elementary
Entering 3rd – 5th Grade
Location: FLC – Michigan West Room
For children entering 4th-6th grade, this class is designed for them to take a deeper look into God’s word while creating valuable connections with the staff and their classmates! Your child will engage in group worship, craft and snack time, Bible learning, and games galore. *If you have a sixth grader, we let you as parents decide which class better suits them. Location: FLC – Michigan West Room.
