We want every child who comes to Maranatha to experience the love and goodness of our God and to hear the Gospel boldly proclaimed. Each day during your vacation stay, kids from nursery to upper elementary will engage with their leaders and other children in a variety of rewarding ways. Our dedicated programming is built around strong Biblical theology to present the Gospel in compelling and age-appropriate ways. Of course, we do this with amazing recreation, team building, mentorship, and FUN!
Through the years, we have seen hundreds of kids come to a saving knowledge and faith in Jesus Christ during our programming. Many children who encounter the gospel through this program go on to become mentors and facilitators of that same message as future programming staff members. We have a premium on protection, security, safety, and love in all facets of our programs!
Nursery & Toddlers
0-3 Years
Location: FLC – Ontario Room
For infants to 3-year-olds, we provide loving care, safe surroundings, and fun play for our littlest guests! Parents can rest easy and enjoy all the Bible teaching and fellowship as we care for your tiny tots! Group play, crafts, games, singing, snack time, and learning Bible stories will keep your littles fully occupied and engaged throughout their stay with us!
Preschool
3 Years – Young 5s
Location: FLC – Erie Room
This class is for children aged 3 years old to young 5-year-olds who have been potty trained. Your child will learn worship songs, memorize Bible verses, and dive into age-appropriate Bible stories. Each unique session will include many games and activities that will get all their wiggles out with their leaders and classmates!
Lower Elementary
Entering Kindergarten – 2nd Grade
Location: FLC – Michigan East Room
If your child is entering Kindergarten – 2nd grade, they belong here! This engaging program will lead your child through group worship, interactive Bible stories and presentations, memory verses with motions, and various activities, including group games, pool day, and skit night – all packed into each session!
Upper Elementary
Entering 3rd – 5th Grade
Location: FLC – Michigan West Room
For children entering 3rd-5th grade, this class is designed to provide a deeper look into God’s word while fostering valuable connections with their leaders and classmates. Your child will participate in small groups, worship, scripture memorization, Bible teaching, and many exciting and rewarding games and activities!
